I know you could change UI... but is it possible change ttf font format in 3ds max? Because right now the font is hard to read, too slim for my monitor screen. LMK

maybe I wasn't clear enough... I'll rephrase.

I am running Windows 7, and 3ds max 2009. The User Interface with Text look terrible, they seem to look slim where I hardly could see letters. So I wonder if There are some possible to make this better?
Could I add font of my taste in 3ds Max UI?

Any suggestion?

Not too sure but an alternative could be

Desktop > Right Click > Screen Resolution > Make text and other items larger or smaller > adjust the DPI, or on the left theres another option "Set custom text size (DPI)".
