How to extract big size images (for diffuse and for displace) from Google Earth like sites and programs?

Site where you can download program that will use google map, bing, etc. and generate raster file of any resolution for you and stitch it!
I had problems accessing the site and dl the file so here is the name of the file: SASPlanet_160707.rar.
Google, unrar, set english and go crazy with generating any needed maps with all bells and whistles with any size.

1. Download high res stitched bitmap from googlemaps (etc.) with two clicks (www.sasplanet.org).
2. Download high res topography (https://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/)
3. Convert it to dem file using global mapper (http://www.bluemarblegeo.com/products/global-mapper.php)
4. Import DEM file in 3ds max
