Hi Guys
Never really had the chance to do arch vis stuff before, this is the first one for a new client. I've probably missed quite a few things so any feedback would be great.
Cheers
Adam

Looks really good!!
The only thing that catches my attention is the white stuff (flowers) on the ground. A little distracting.

i think that if your sky wasn't so saturated and bright i wouldn't even think its a render. i also think your "white" house color is a bit burnt and i would darken it a bit.
other than that its a great job.
good luck, joel

Looks pretty damn good to me. The tree shadow seems overbearing/oversized though. I would probably opt to have it just hitting the grass.

Looks good but I agree about the shadow, seems a bit much, and along with the cars, takes the focus away from the building or grounds it, as if it is just a bg feature. Maybe try an angle with no vertical distortion or fix in post. Also, some of the textures have noticeable tiling that you could break up.

Very nice.
Is that displacement grass. That addition of white flowers works so well. Where did you get those.
The dirt is a little extra I think. Low-sat sky. Reduce that tree shadow. Otherwise reaaally good.

Looking good, I suggest you render that out at 16bit and crank the exposure, and increase gamma, that would really push this.

Rendered out at 16bit luckily already ;)
The grass and flowers I created using forest pack from iToosoft. I saw a tutorial from VisCorbel about creating decent grass using this method.
Change the dirt maps they looked awful.

Very nice. Things I'd fix is the brick and dirt repetetiveness, overwhelming tree shadow and white flower overkill.
Cars look awesome ;)

nicey nicey, but a few points from me, some already mentioned -
1) there's a lot of dirt and texture tiling going on. that needs to be fixed.
2) i'd also heighten the camera. we're too level with car roof height.
3) talking about camera, it needs the verticals straightened out.
4) the contrast between light and dark is way too harsh and too dark. the tree shadow is a good idea, but needs the curves lightning a lot. too uniformly dark.
5) i'd also up the camera exposure or add another bounce or 2 into the gi solution as it looks too contrasty and 'murky' at the mo. like it's been smothered in thick AO
