What material do you choose for an Armold multi-sub material?
show user profile  Spear Chuck
Can someone please explain how to create a physical material for Arnold that has at least 2 multi-sub materials? I want to have a different colored face and sides of extruded text. I made it an editable poly, set material ID #2 too the polygon faces and set material ID #3 to the rest of the text objects. Will Standard work as well as a physical material?

What do I do in Material Editor to create a physical material (or some other) with a multi-sub material as the diffuse color? Create two different materials using two different material ID's?

(Can an Op correct my spelling of 'Arnold' please...this is embarrassing)
