Looks like you have subdivision of every part here. I think blocky and circular shapes look better without mesh/turbo smooth.

I mean all the plane boxy objects that end with half-cylinder or tubes. Like there's a simple tube on the side of a gun. There's no reason for it to be subdivided, just chamfer the loops of edges on top and bottom of it, add some supporting loops of edges to have proper shading and you're good. Same thing goes for the rest of the elements. Don't subdivide objects that are just a box or a plane with a few tweaks.

I understand. I use this technique for Low poly. Smoothing group 1 for entire mesh and supporting loops+chamfer, but using it in HP won't hurt :P so better use the way you said :)
