Setting up cameras for 360 cube map rendering but in a rectangular room

Hi guys, i have a project that requires rendering my 3d scene in VR format for projection on all walls of a small room.

But instead of equirectangular lat-long image, i need to render my scene in each view (front,top,sides) as required by my client for playback on each wall of the room. Basically its like rendering a cubemap format. However the room is not in a cube size. The front, side and top of the walls are all different in sizes.

How do i setup all my cameras for this, making sure that the edge of my render for each camera joint up perfectly for a VR display?
