view port geometry messed up

Hello all my last 2 scenes i open .. my geometry look like the screenshot attached..
the scaling is ok the unit setup also ok..
what make the geometry look like this

I am willing to bet you imported your model from another software... probably Googles stupid sketchup (I still hate it)

The culprit might be coplanar polygons.

Go into EditPoly sub selection, polygon or face and check if you have 2 polygons where there should be on. If that is the case you have a lot of cleaning to do.

Perhaps its a GPU driver problem, did you update those some time ago_

Check if your display driver is set up to GPU or software.

it looks like a units display issue, check this by going into User/Orthographic view (not perspective)

If it all looks correct then your units are too low - for something this size meters should display correctly

From my experience it's not coplanar polygons, it's a 3dsmax limitation. Happens sometimes to me when objects are really big,really far away from the scene or imported from other funny software.

select the object - right click and properties, check 'Backface Cull'
Ive had it loads on architectural stuff.
